Terms of trade

These terms apply to all orders placed with LuxExclusive Ltd, trading as Lux Distribution (Company No. 16399896, VAT No. GB 520191041, Unit 0060, Space Buddys, St Stephen's Mill, Ripley St, Bradford BD5 7JW).

1. Trade customers only

We supply businesses only. By opening an account you confirm you are buying for business purposes. We may ask for proof of trading, such as a company number or VAT number, and may decline or close any account.

2. Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate at checkout. Prices are per unit and goods are sold in full cases unless shown as single units. Prices may change without notice; the price shown when you place your order applies.

3. Orders

The minimum order is £2,500 ex VAT. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Stock is subject to availability; if any line becomes unavailable we will tell you and refund or credit that line.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout unless we have agreed credit terms with you in writing. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

5. Delivery and risk

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our delivery policy for details.

6. Returns

Shortages, damage and incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our returns policy for details.

7. Product information

Product images and descriptions are for guidance. Packaging may vary from images shown. You are responsible for checking products meet the requirements of your own market or marketplace before resale.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
