Shipping policy

Delivery

We deliver to business addresses across mainland UK from our Bradford warehouse.

Minimum order and delivery charges

The minimum trade order is £2,500 ex VAT. UK mainland delivery is free on every order that meets the minimum. Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and pallet deliveries to restricted sites may be charged; we will confirm any charge before dispatch.

Delivery times

• Stock on the floor: delivered in 1–2 working days from order confirmation.
• Lead-time lines: delivered in 1–3 weeks.

Orders containing both are dispatched together once all lines are in, unless you ask us to split the order. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Receiving your order

Larger orders may arrive on a pallet. Please make sure someone can receive and check the delivery. Sign for goods as “unchecked” if you cannot inspect them on arrival, and report any damage or shortage within 48 hours.

Collection

Orders can be collected from Unit 0060, Space Buddys, St Stephen's Mill, Ripley St, Bradford BD5 7JW by arrangement.
